I build sites using a Content Management System (CMS). This means that you have a secure login page where you simply enter a username and password and you can then update any page of your website, or post a new blog entry. If you can use Word documents, and if you shop or bank online, that’s pretty much the leve of technical skill you need to run your own website once it’s built.

If you want to rank well in the search engines, I can do some search engine optimisation work on the site as I build it, and I can even include a blog in your site at the same time. The sites I build, including my own are template-based. That means they are built using a standard template which has been expertly designed and tested to work well with all major web browsers and to comply with industry standards. The templates can still be customised with your own choice of colours and images to get your own unique look.
